The majority of our floral arrangements are able to be shipped nationwide. Some larger wreaths, wall hangings or vases will only be available for Auckland delivery or pick up from our Auckland studio. These particular items will state this in the blurb on their product page.

Standard Delivery Timeframes
Please allow 2-3 business days turnaround time for Standard Delivery Orders. Once your item is dispatched, you will receive a tracking details to track your order. Please refer to the following delivery timeframes have been recommended to us by our main courier provider NZ Post.

Q: I placed my order this afternoon and selected the "Overnight Delivery" option. Will I receive my order tomorrow?
A: No, our order cut-off time is 10am. Any orders placed after 10am will be processed the following day. Since you selected "Overnight Delivery," your order will be processed the next business day, and delivery will occur the following day. If you want your order delivered on the same day it’s processed, please opt for the "Same Day Delivery" option.
Q: Why is your Same Day Delivery and Overnight Delivery service only available on Tuesday to Friday?
A: We are closed on Mondays, so we are unable to offer Same Day or Overnight Delivery services on that day. Our delivery services are available from Tuesday to Friday to ensure timely processing and delivery of your orders.
Q: If my order is processed on Friday and I’ve selected Overnight Delivery, will it arrive on Saturday?
A: No, we use NZ Post for our Overnight Delivery service, and their delivery days are Monday to Friday. Any orders dispatched on Friday with Overnight Delivery will arrive on Monday. If you need your order to arrive on Saturday, please contact us, and we can arrange a Saturday Ticket for you for an additional fee.
Q: Do you deliver on weekends?
A: Our courier service delivers Monday to Friday, with an optional Saturday delivery available for an additional fee. We do not offer deliveries on Sundays.
Q: Can I choose a desired delivery date?
A: Yes, You can choose a desired delivery date at check out. We will dispatch your order 1-2 days prior for North Island and 1-3 days prior for South Island (extra 1-2 days earlier if rural).
We will try our best to get your order to you on the selected delivery date and 98% of the time we will, however, as we use a third party delivery service, delivery IS NOT 100% GUARANTEED on your selected delivery date.
Rural addresses WILL take longer.

We're pleased to offer a convenient pick up option from our floral studio.

Tuesday - Saturday: 10am to 4pm.
Closed Sunday & Monday
You can select 'Pick-up' at checkout, and we’ll prepare your order. You will receive an email notification from us when your order is ready for pick up.
If you need something urgently, feel free to visit our studio. We have a selection of dried florals available for immediate purchase. However, if you are after a specific items, it is best to order online and we will have it ready for you to pick up.
If the pick-up date you want is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at support@wanderingwillownz.co.nz or call 09 558 1040. Depending on our workload, we may be able to accommodate urgent requests.
Other Information
Due to the delicate nature of dried flowers and foliage, some shedding may occur during the shipping process. This is completely normal and does not affect the overall quality or appearance of the arrangement.
Please note, we only ship within New Zealand.
