Shipping Information

The majority of our floral arrangements are able to be shipped nationwide. Some larger wreaths, wall hangings or vases will only be available for pick up from our Auckland studio. These particular items will state this in the blurb on their product page.

With most of our floral arrangements are made to order, there is a 3-5 business days turnaround time. If you have an URGENT request, please contact us at support@wanderingwillownz.co.nz or call 09 558 1040. We do have a selection of dried florals readily made in our studio that can be picked up / shipped out urgently.

Delivery Timeframes

The following timeframes have been recommended to us by our main courier provider NZ Post. While we aim to deliver your order as soon as it is ready or on the day you have selected by dispatching it 1-2 days prior for North Island and 2-3 days prior for South Island (2 days earlier if rural), we can never guaranteed an exact delivery date due to it being out of our control. 98% of our parcels arrive on time, however, sometimes they will arrive earlier or possibly later depending on the courier schedule.

Pick-up from our studio

You can select 'pick up' at checkout, and we will get your order ready for you. You will receive an email notification from us when your order is ready for pick up.

Due to the fragile nature of dried flowers and foliage, it is to be expected that during the shipping process there may be some shedding.

We do not ship outside of New Zealand.
